• If there any changes for the travel date, please inform us 2 weeks before the travel date otherwise deposit will be forfeited for the accommodation.
• If you fail the examination, you need to pay full amount as well, but you can come back and retake the examination within one year, and you just need to pay for the meals and accommodation.
