Your Journey
Drive to Mersing or Tanjung Gemuk
From Kuala Lumpur (approx. 4–5 hours) or Johor Bahru (approx. 3 hours), head to Mersing Harbour Centre or Tanjung Gemuk ferry terminal.
Ferry to Kampung Genting
Kampung Genting is the first stop after departing Mersing — the shortest ferry ride on Tioman. Ferries operate March–October (monsoon-free season).
Walk to the Resort
From Genting Jetty, Idaman Beach Holiday Resort is just a short walk along the beachfront path. You will see it right on the sand.
Tioman Airport (TOD)
Berjaya Air operates flights from Subang (KL). Transfer to Kg Genting by sea taxi. Airport is approximately 8 km from the resort.
