01How Do I Join TDB Rewards?
Complete a fully paid dive course, fun dive, or trip at a TDB branch, then ask our staff to enrol you. Your first booking counts. We need your full name, phone number with country code, and birthday; your address is optional.
02How Do I Earn Points?
Every RM1 you spend earns 1 point across eligible TDB services, including courses, fun dives, accommodation, and gear.
03What Can I Redeem?
The full rewards catalogue is being finalised. Your points can keep growing while we prepare it. Ask our team on WhatsApp about upcoming rewards and your balance.
04Where Can I Use My Points?
Points earned at one TDB branch can be used at another participating branch through the same member account.
05Can A Group Combine Points?
For a group booking, staff can put the group’s total spending into one account. Points cannot be transferred between separate member accounts afterwards.
06Can I Exchange Points For Cash?
No. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are for TDB services and rewards.
