📋 Booking Terms
Booking Deposit
A deposit of RM300 per booking is required to confirm your reservation.
Note: Accommodation may be available at inquiry but is NOT held until we receive payment and guest details.
Holiday Surcharge
Additional charges apply for travel during:
- Public holidays
- School holidays
- Peak season periods
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed after we receive:
- Deposit payment
- Guest personal particulars
- Confirmation email from us
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
Contact us at least 2 weeks before your trip date to reschedule. Subject to availability.
No Show
100% of the booking fee will be forfeited if you fail to arrive without prior notice.
Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
